Used old & Faulty product delivered
I would like to give Zero rating, because i received used & faulty (daed) product form Livguard. I was planning to buy Luminous But someone suggested me to go with Livguard. It was Very bad experience no service centre Near by Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, & no response on WhatsApp support, no response from toll free, Only One Technician in tricity. Very poor service and product QC.

Very poor experience at the time when technician visit he said that item is manufactured before one or one and half year your warranty was expired soon old inverter sell to me by the company

New design
The design is something new in inverter categories. Looks very good. Working properly. Bought it in the great Indian festival at ₹4,700.
