Less than expected
Well, I purchased the auger motor in January. Wasn't able to use the pellet stove due to a control board problem. That resolved, we've used the stove 3 times now. Every time, the auger motor squeaks/squeals with every feed. Pretty disappointed.

Works but is noisy
Their product is working as advertised, and was fairly easy to install. The only issue is that each time it spins the auger, it has a loud whizzing noise that on my particular Pellet Stove, is kind of annoying and being that it is for a property rental I have, I hope I don’t get any complaints.

Perfect fit for Whitfield Quest
This was perfect fit for my Quest Whitfield pellet stove. Installation was fairly quick, I did have to splice the wires into the stove. Mine was set up to plug into the connectors on the motor. This motor was pre wired internally. I saw one review that said the motor was noisy, mine makes no more noise than the old one.
