Update: Seller responded and stood behind their products 100%. They sent a partial refund sufficient for us to replace the damaged piece. Very quick response and excellent customer service!Shipping was delayed due to weather and the box arrived battered and torn. Grill was pretty easy assembly and most of the pieces looked great! There was minor damage on one of the side attachments, but it was not visible and did not impact functionality once assembled, so I am not worried about it.The only major problem was that the grill hood is bowed out on one side and bent on the back corner, which skews the shape of it enough for it to catch/click upon opening and closing.Other than that, everything looks good, delivery was fast, and I am looking forward to getting the grill seasoned and starting to cook!I am in conversations with the seller and they seem eager to resolve the problem with the hood. If they are able to send a replacement hood or provide funds for me to purchase one, I will update this review. It would definitely be 5 stars without the damage.

Very disappointed. Order first griddle which was on sale. They say it was lost in shipping. Had to order another which was no longer on sale. It came in with 2 of the 4 orifice damaged. Called Blackstone and was offered replacement parts, but there on backorder for 2 months. I thought about returning it but I have already spent a lot on accessories. The accessories were ordered with the first unit and are no longer available for return.

What a great looking grill! Hope it cooks as good as it looks. Easy assembly. This grill is nothing but class!

I have always wanted a Blackstone. My family and I are having a blast using it. We have made wraps, cooked chicken, made a full breakfast on this thing!! The quality is high and the use is easy. We read the instructions and saw a few YouTube videos by Blackstone and you can do almost any cooking on it. It’s easy to clean too. The price was right!!

Upon opening the lower metal pan that is riveted on was poorly assembled and rivets were broken. Holes were too big for the 1/8" rivet and too small for 3/16". Good thing I'm handy, I had to drill holes to 3/16" and install all new rivets. Was easier than returning, you should know this in case you aren't handy. Also, the instructions suck and some of the fitment isn't the best. In the end it does what we need it to do but will require some repair on the build and quality and will take some figuring out of assembly.

I purchased this item as a gift for my son. He loves it and uses it 3-4 times a week all year long.

We received the 36" Blackstone griddle but it was damaged due to shipping. Blackstone backed their product and gave us a 100% refund and paid all shipping cost.Disappointing but great customer support. I will be getting another one but we will be buying from a store.
