I have previously purchased Benebones for my French Bulldog, who typically destroys toys within minutes. Ok, I have a 20 week old standard labradoodle, so quite a large lass. We bought the medium having looked at the manufacturer's description and guidance on size. It's HUGE. That's absolutely NOT a problem - we loved the size. Good value for money, we thought. And it's very strong and durable.The main problem, where my dog is concerned, is that it rocks, slides, and tumbles every which way when she tries to settle down to chew it. It doesn't keep still long enough - and she gives up very soon. She prefers to chew the legs of our wooden chair as they remain in place and not try to escape.And I wonder if it might be too hard for her still - it is really seriously very hard. She's quite a chewer and polishes off rice bones in a matter of minutes, gnaws through the legs of our chairs (one has to go soon or it will collapse one day) So she has roughen out the surface but not really a dent - that could be a good thing from one point of view - it sure is durable!Hence the three stars as it doesn't seem to interest my dog that much. Even with the bacon flavour it supposedly possesses - I can't tell and I'm not about to do a taste test myself.Update - puppy is now suddenly showing signs of liking this! She's managed to hold it in place by pressing her paws down onto it, and pushing it against a wall - and she will gnaw at it for a good 10 mins or so.

We have two dogs (springer spaniels) in the family, both love Benebones. Keeps them busy and content in the house whilst we're doing housework.The bones are tough and durable although the spaniels both can chew little bits off. As with any dog toys, best to always keep an eye on them and not leave unattended.The bones keep them going for ages and seem good value for money.I got a box of them for my parents' dog and also a few individual bones for my brother's dog.Used to always get nylabone but would recommend these now and will be getting more in future.

Finally delivered pushed through letter box by old guy in a car Sunday morning 30/3/24 not Saturday 8.35pm as stated on tracking. Why do operatives lie and do not ring your bell or knock your door!!!!! we are always home house is never empty. after finding item was listed as delivered we spent considerable time searching outside property in the dark for the item. This is not good enough we spend a lot of money on Amazon and deserve better, please take note.Our Dog loves her bacon flavoured bone and has been happily chewing it all morning, a good buy.

We bought this as a long term chew for the dog. It comes in different sizes and I wish I'd got a smaller one. It's quite large and very heavy and very hard. We've got laminate flooring and it makes a racket when he drops it. It's also probably too heavy for him. He's a strong dog but he struggles to carry it. While he's shown some interest in it it's not really provided as much entertainment value as I expected. There's no noticeable smell from the product and its good quality but not really a toy. It has no squeak as you'd expect.

We've bought a few of these now and will buy more in the future. Whilst they are not the cheapest toy, both our dogs (a 15 month mastiff and a 2 yo bully breed cross) return to them time and time again. I buy them in twos (and we've now upgraded to XL) - but naturally the dogs both want the same one! The medium one in the photo has been annihilated over a few months but is now in the bin as Marley, the mastiff, could fit it inside his mouth! The new, XL versions arrived on Christmas eve and are showing signs of attempted destruction but are holding up very well. They do get little sharp pieces which can be sanded off so it's always advisable to check toys daily - the other problem is, they are heavy and tough - and hurt when dropped on your foot!(I will try and remember to post an update in a couple of months to report on longevity).UPDATE - (yes - I actually remembered!) Photo shows the two Zagglers which have been in action since Christmas Eve - the one on the left was bought in August 2023 and is getting down to a size where Marley the Mastiff will be able to hide it in his mouth so it may be heading to the big Zaggler graveyard in the sky 😀. As you can see - these toys are pretty sturdy and are still sought after by our two.... and they still hurt when dropped on your foot!

Has lasted very well with my Jack Russell who manages to destroy everything. Only negative is it became a bit sharp at times and has caused some bleeding/
