From a Tired But Grateful Mom
Okay, let me just say—these were a total lifesaver. I grabbed a box of the Lansinoh cooling pads after birth, thinking “eh, can’t hurt.” But wow. I didn’t realize how much I’d need that kind of instant soothing relief. They come pre-made, so no freezing witch hazel pads or DIY padcicles in the middle of newborn chaos (because who has time for that?). You just pop one in the fridge or use it straight from the box and boom—cool comfort for that very sore situation down there. The pad is soft, not bulky, and it actually stays put. Plus, it didn’t irritate my skin at all, which I was worried about because everything felt like it was on fire. I had a second-degree tear, and these helped way more than those little Tucks pads.Honestly, I kept a stash next to my peri bottle and mesh undies. 10/10 would recommend to any new mom. Treat yourself—you just birthed a human.

A postpartum necessity
10 out of 10 would recommend. Decent value in comparison with competitors love that it's not as bulky as other perineal pads. It's discreet. If you don't want it as cold you can simply stick in the fridge instead of the freezer. Stays cold long enough to give relief but not to be irritating.

Would Definitely Recommend for Postpartum!
At the hospital they gave me frozen newborn diapers and I tried that at home too but it’s super thick, stiff, bulky, and uncomfortable. These are was more comfortable and flexible. They are thinner and don’t stay cold as long though. It’s super easy to put these in the fridge and freezer as well compared to putting water in newborn diapers and getting them to lay in the freezer right. Because of the sheer ease of prep and use in addition to the cooling relief these provided I would recommend these. My OB cut me to a second degree tear and then stitched my up so I was in a lot of pain. Having something to ice myself with was very much necessary and the uncomfortable frozen newborn diapers were not the way to go. To any soon to be mom or freshly postpartum mom: if you can afford it, you should definitely purchase these.

I LOVED THESE!
I want to first say that giving birth is hard work and lets face it, hurts like any pain we have never felt before. So you did an amazing job mommas! Now imagine you get hit with something, you ice it, right? Well, you just shoved a massive football out and now it's time to ice it. This went right over the pads I got from Lansinoh as well and it was the PERFECT combo. It went right on top and provided that much needed relief. I stuck the entire box into the freezer and had my partner pull them out as I needed. You just have to give these a try!

wouldn't buy again.
I would not buy these again. They were very uncomfortable. It's a sponge, a frozen sponge. It's better to just use the ice packs that the hospital gives you. I used one out of the box, and I still have the remainder in my freezer. i also didn't bleed as much since I had a vaginal delivery with little tear and I'm breastfeeding. I still would not buy theseit'sts uncomfortable and not useful

Meh
Love this brand, but the cooling doesn't last long on these. We ended up ordering the kind you can pop.

Great Relief for Postpartum Recovery
These postpartum cooling pads were such a big help after giving birth. The cooling sensation was really soothing and provided much-needed relief during the first few days. They’re easy to use and stay in place well, which made it easy to move around without discomfort. The size was just right—not too bulky but still provided enough coverage.Overall, they made a tough time a little easier. Definitely worth having on hand for postpartum care.
