I’m 76 y/o and never had a big problem with ear wax, but a combo of age and hearing aids the last 2 years it has become an issue. This device is awesome, easy to use, safe with silicone tips. I used device to see how much waxin each ear, good amount in each ear. I cleaned my ears first with ear wax solution then used device to check ears, small amount of wax left which I was able to remove easily with device. I realize I didn’t have to use a solution as well but I feel it softened the wax that was left for easier removal. I live w/ daughter and family so with removable tips we can all use. It’s light is bright, picture is excellent and worth twice the price.

So far so good. The camera and image quality is amazing for the cost, and the mirror image option and lock modes helped orient what I was seeing on my phone to the position of the device in my ear. Haven’t needed it or seen it in action yet, but knowing there’s an ear drum protection/warning feature on this device made using it for the first time appreciably less nerve-wracking, as an accidental eardrum puncture is a major concern when anything is going in my ear.If I had one critique, it would be that the included 6 extra ear cleaning tools cannot be attached to and are not interchangeable with the scoop tool already attached to the device out of the box. I kind of just assumed they were accessories specific to the device when I ordered, but I guess you’re just meant to go in blind if you choose to use them. I haven’t tried, but MAYBE(?) theres enough room to gently press the device’s scoop down at the base of the canal and stretch it open enough for one of the extra tools to slide in past, allowing you to at least sorta see what you’re doing, but I doubt it’s at all advisable. And even if it we’re advisable, I highly doubt the “technique” would even “work” (-allow you to clearly see the tool and what it’s doing in the canal well enough to even bother).Overall, great product, especially for the low price!

I loveee this tool!!I love the fact that I can see everything while I clean so that way I avoid damaging my ear drums but I’m not leaving anything behind at the same time. It was easy to use and quick to set up. I love How it’s designed, the slight curve at the tip creates the perfect angles The silicon tip prevents you from scratching your ear. The tool is very light weight , effective and worth the cost. I’m ordering 2 more , 1 for my sister and one for my bf.

Went to the doctor to remove a silicone ear plug that got stuck in my ear canal. After an uncomfortable water wash and digging at it until I bled, I was referred to an ENT ($70 copay). I was shocked to find this camera available as an option, especially at such a low price. Skeptically, I gave this a shot. Setup was a snap but orientation and positioning took quite a while. I think the image was reversed on the screen so it was challenging. Even small movements made a large difference in the view. I couldn't hold the camera still with one hand while reaching over with the other to use the instruments, despite having a steady hand and being skilled with small tools. Finally, I got the camera in position and used the tiny "spoon" attached to the camera to pop out the silicone. Totally worth the $ and effort! I like that it let me know when I was getting close to the eardrum. Took off 1 star for the image being reversed. This worked great for my purpose but I would caution others...it would be easy to do damage if you aren't extremely careful and steady-handed.

Great item. Discreet fast delivery. Feels good while using. It's very quiet. For the value of money, The durability of the item seems to be well the battery lasts a long time, The size is perfect not too large not too small, If you follow the directions it's very easy to use the thickness size makes it easier to wear a dozen damage the inside of your eardrum this isn't all around great product

It took a couple of tries to connect, but once it did, I was really impressed with this ear wax removal tool! The 1296P HD camera gives such clear, detailed images, and the adjustable lights really help highlight everything inside. The 360° wide-angle view lets you see every little detail, which is both cool and a little creepy—seeing the inside of my ear, teeth, and nose was like a mini-exploration!The app was easy to connect via WiFi and Bluetooth, and I could save and share images in real-time, which was super handy. The silicone tips are replaceable, making it easy to clean, and the IP67 waterproof lens is simple to wipe off. It’s lightweight and portable, and the 70-minute battery life is more than enough for a full session. Overall, it's an efficient tool for ear health, and while it feels a little strange at first, it’s definitely cool to use.

I had no issues of connectivity as others mentioned. Otherwise, it worked well. Shocked to see how much wax came out of my ear. My doctor prescribed me ear drops to loosen the wax and then with this product I went in and extracted a good amount. To me, this product probably works best if you have a plug in your ear. My spouse later flushed my ear canals with a large plastic syringe ad man the wax clumps that came out made me sick to see! I'd say this product is good value for money.So happy to hear well again!

my husband wanted to try this over cotton swabs. i am not comfortable using it but he really likes this. different size attatchments . easy to use and store. good quality. easy to hold, not too thick and bulky but not so small that its uncomfortable to hold either. functions as intended.
