Brand New Printer and these cartridges are not recognized
These cartridges are not recognized by the Epson WF 3823 printer. They are just ridiculous on their return policy since they won't allow a return and these were purchased on the date the printer was purchased. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND A LOUSY EXPERIENCE.

Cartridges work.
The printer ink cartridges work just like the OEM ones and my printer accepted them. Usually I have to bypass the computer chip if I get real cheap cartridges but not with these.

Not printing copy, no ink flow
sorry I am returning them back, my Epson printer workforce WF 3620 accepted the ink but not printing any copy, the box was damaged. I want my money back!!!
