Good Product
The product is sleek looking and adds aesthetic appeal to kitchen. The auto ignition works smoothly. As of now the burners are working superbly and seems to be completely worth the money spent. Edit: I must add that the customer service department of the company was super responsive to the complaint that I raised. They responded promptly and Iam satisfied with the immediate rectification of my complaint. So, yes, the customer service of the company is top notch and can address your problems in any corner of the country.

Amazing product
Good product. It looks good and is very easy to use. Service is also good. Customer care called twice and asked if you were facing any problem with our product. I believe there is no harm in buying it.

not recommendable
IT is written 2 years of Warranty but they charges services fees on an visit. Which is not acceptable. Within 2 Months the burners got black and after a years it is not working properly and vessels getting black due to poor flame.Not advisable to take any product with Blowhot as Services teams is also not supportive
