Pretty straightforward. Do what they say. I've used them almost constantly for six weeks and they've held up well. Still look new.

Excellent - spectacles stayed in during a capsize whilst sailing.

These were probably quite good, but I have 2 hearing aids to juggle the arms of my glasses around, the extra incumberance of these didn't actually do any good !
