Great screen, wrong keyboard
I rarely buy third-party refurbished items, but I thought I would take a chance on this one. Jury is still out on whether that was a good decision this time. On the one hand it's a really nice Chromebook, with a best in class screen. Only occasionally do I notice the processor getting bogged down, and I'm a pretty heavy app user. On the other hand, the product pictures show a standard north american keyboard, but the unit I received has a weird international keyboard. The smaller, unusually placed enter key & split left shift key are definitely presenting me with some challenges. Initially I thought I would keep it & see if it made me be more precise in my typing, but I am finding it to be more of a nuisance than its worth. I will try and reach out to the seller for the correct keyboard, but I haven't found contact info yet. Barring that, looks like its getting returned.

Don't buy
Absolutely trash laptop. A friend was trying to be nice and bought me one after my laptop broke my Acer Chromebook 315. I open the package I didn't realize that the top of the notebook wouldn't stand up that it was detachable and it's extremely heavy The keyboard is very unstable because it's thin as paper and it's only fabric. Even with the kickstand it's an uncomfortable viewing position. And also something's wrong with the configuration and will only let me log on as a guess It will refuse to let me log on to my Wi-Fi and it would connect and kick me off connect and disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect and it's almost broke it I put it back in the box and my friend is coming back today to pick it up and take it out of here before I get even more angry with this piece of s***
