It doesn't fit my door
I got this to replace the one fitted to my door which after many years of service and some extreme weather events has degraded to an unacceptable level. This Fadbudss wide angle door viewer looked like it would be a good replacement, but although I am happy with the quality and optical performance of this viewer, when I came to fit it, it was not long enough to go through the thickness of my door.My front door is very sturdy and has a metal plate sandwiched between the inner and outer wood facings and this must put it beyond the common thickness range, so the two piece viewer does not meet up to allow the pieces to screw together. There is nothing wrong with the viewer, except it doesn't fit my door.

Good for the money
The Fadbudss Wide Angle Door Viewer was a bit narrower than the hole in our door, but given the dimensions of the viewer are supplied on the product page, and I was able to fix the issue with a washer, I won’t hold that against it.It’s lightweight thin metal but does the job with the threaded joint between the two parts feeling solid and secure.The image is clear, making the Fadbudss Wide Angle Door Viewer good value considering the low cast.
