I have always like the shell holster for phone great protection

I've been using this type of cell phone holster since they first came out, and until now I've had no complaints about their design. This version of the design appears to have a difference that on the surface would seem OK, but it doesn't consider the reason that other designs are a little different.Specifically, the belt clip in this model is straight, and the upper part of the clip (the part that you press on to open the clip) has a slight outward curve (toward the wearer's waist) to help you get the clip open, whereas in other designs the clip is slightly bowed where the top and bottom of the clip are curved inward away from the wearer's waist. This was done for a very good reason, i.e., so the top of the clip wouldn't press into--and gouge--the wearer's waist. With this model of holster the top of the clip protrudes enough to consistently press into the wearer's waist and cause considerable discomfort in certain positions. It isn't a huge thing, but it happens often enough to be very noticeable and to be very uncomfortable.So while the holster itself works great and has just the right feel and so on like previous models, the clip is enough of an issue to prompt me to not recommend this holster and instead go for the ones where the clip is curved to keep the ends away from your body.

I have had this case less than 2 months and the stand that is the reason I purchased this one broke off.Dont buy this if you need a stand.

Most compact and versatile phone case I’ve ever used. This case provides some protection without adding much bulk. The new lines of phones are pretty sturdy in their own, but this case adds a little more protection.I love how the case has a solid stand that works in both portrait and landscape mode. It can also be used like a ring to help hold the phone without dropping it. The big trade off is this won’t protect your phone as much as bulky cases, but you can always have a second case for those occasions where your phone might be in jeopardy.I’m not an animal, so I’ve never used the belt clip. I can’t comment on it from experience but it looks sturdy if you’re in to that sort of thing (please extend my sympathy to your friends and family if you do wear cell phones on your belt).
