I initially purchased this cushion to add extra padding to my old office chair. The chair has since gone to dead chair heaven, so I'm now using it in my kayak. Happy to say it's the only cushion I've found that keeps my butt from getting numb! Excellent for preventing tailbone aches and back pain. I'm in my 70s and weigh 153 lbs, if that helps you decide whether it might work for you.

I fell on my tail bone about 7 months ago and was still experiencing pain whenever I sitdown for any length of time,so driving was always difficult, I ordered this pillow, and oh my goodness, when I say 100% relief, I mean 100%,trust this review you will not be disappointed, I have two vehicles, so of course I ordered another one after trying it out!!!

This seat cushion is not as supportive as the CushionLab one I have previously purchased. I removed this cover and put it on my cushion lab support pillow and it fit perfect.

I've been using this cushion in my home office for five days now. Wow! What a difference. I have spinal stenosis and more times than not sitting is comfortable, but rising from my seat to a standing position means I'm hobbling, listing to one side, or limping for a good 5-minutes until the pain subsides. Not with this seat cushion. I get up and I can stand and walk without pain, makes me feel like I used to before arthritis and other variables impacted my abilities. As I have a desk job and am sitting a good deal of the time, this cushion is a life saver and has made all the difference.

Def not made for extra large. To firm not comfy.

Could not live without this. I work long home office days and this has eliminated 90% of the pain in my back and hip, even with a nicer office chair. This is a little wider than other ones I’ve used. My mom came to stay for a few weeks while we were on vacation and found it and had to immediately order one for herself.

This pad got me through a very difficult time. I had a cracked tailbone and couldn’t sit anywhere without being in misery. I ordered this pad and it allowed me to sit comfortably in my recliner., And in the car. Would recommend it to anyone who has a similar problem.
