I never really write reviews, but I am so beyond impressed by this case. It feels nice and heavy (not too heavy, but like it's made with quality in mind.) Not cheap, flimsy plastic. I only take three kinds of medication so there is more than enough room for all of my pills. The cutter section even offers a little bit of space as well. My old pill case was small enough to fit in my purse, but this one is even smaller yet doesn't lack space! I'm really pleased with my order.

Works well. Need to clean/wash after each use since powder collects after splitting pills. So do a whole bunch at a time rather than just one pill.

I needed a pill cutter for my husband’s medications….did my research and read many reviews…this was the Winner!! The pills are cut perfectly(not crushed)….the silicone holder positions the pill perfectly!! The side compartments for storage and clear to see inside…so easy to use for different size pills! Excellent product for a great price!!

Splits pills well. Compartments stay closed. Good value for the price. The only negative is that the part that holds the pill for splitting is flexible, so the pill sometimes moves slightly when cutting.

Have small, oblong pills you need to split? This device will either not do that at all, or turn your pill to dust.I bought this because the cutter I have is geared toward cutting round pills. The guides are great for that, I guess -- I don't have a need for that. So I finally gave in and bought this one.1) The guides are rubber. If you try to use a finger type to position the pill so that you actually can cut it, the guide bends back and doesn't support the pill. Big dumb idea.2) The guides for oblong pills are too wide apart for smaller pills. And there's an opening, so the pill falls through the opening and out of position.3) Even if you do get it to line up correctly on the wider end of the guides, the blade doesn't reach there, so it doesn't cut anything.4) Move the pill up higher in the guides, and the pill is crushed, not cut.Why does this have even a single good review.Even the cracking noise it made when I threw it against the wall in a fit makes it worth the four bucks.Always read the 1 star reviews before ordering.

Good clean design with cutter on one side and holder on other. Slick and stylish for a pill holder.

This doesn't cut very well. Not any better than me just using a knife. I was joking it would be more convenient.

Cuts pills well even small ones in to quarters and the storage is useful
