Adjustable long strap is useful to get it to sit comfortably. Trickier for a woman than on a man’s chest so takes time to work out the best set up. Get familiar with the setting and lock in desired settings as tricky to do once on your shoulder. Wow it gets hot!!!! I use it fine on the lowest setting. MUST use as instructed over a thin layer of clothing. Caution would be needed for elderly thin and delicate skin… use on my mom on lowest locked setting over 2 thin layers!!

It's not suitable for shoulder pain as it's vibrating full body. I felt it as inconvenient for the use.

Only used twice, now it won't even turn on, been difficult since buying over 1 week ago total waste of money and would not recommend it.

I found it of great help for my shoulder. (wear and tear, inpigement) generally old age but old injury as well.When bad pain kicks in, 20 minutes of heat and massege takes the pain instantly for me. Highly recommended.

Initially worked okay. Heat function good but the massage function wasn’t great and after just over a month that stopped working almost entirely.

Item is good, if you have a sore shoulder.It works well and is quite good quality.
