LOVE!!!!!
Wilton chocolates are amazing, we all know this. Not only are they convenient to access, but anyone with any skill level can use these easily. They have a great taste! I use these melting chocolates every time I'm chocolate dipping things (or that ever so delicious chocolate drizzle).I've even used them in molds to make my own chocolate candies for special events!! I would however suggest melting them in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. It really helps keep the melted consistency while dipping. If you absolutely need to microwave it, I highly recommend adding a small amount of oil to the chocolate before melting. I have burned it before in the microwave, trying to melt it without oil and learned my lesson very quickly. It can definitely be done in the microwave, but I still suggest a bowl over boiling water. This way it's always perfectly melted. You won't be disappointed in these chocolates!!

Bought to make cake pops
So although my cake pops weren't a success, these chocolates were good quality and worked well. Ease to melt and use for what I needed them.

Not Easy To melt Smooth
I am not a newbie to melting chocolate. I know exactly how to use it & I know how to get it to a smooth texture without it burning up.This chocolate is too thick to work with & even with adding some coconut oil to try & make it smooth it fails to work.I had to toss 3batches out of this chocolate melt due to it being to thick to work with. Its not easy to work with to make chocolate treats like rice crispy dip treats or cake pops. This chocolate hardens too quick & is not creamy smooth to drizzle or dip a cake pop. It always clumps up.Ugh such a head ache to try & get it to a creamy smooth texture it just would not do it. It is way to thick to work with.I threw away 3batches of clumpy chocolate. On my 4th bag I went forward & just try to make mini chocolate bears & only some came out okay.Oh & the white chocolate is the worst that one really stays thick it's very hard to melt smoothly without burning.I threw all of the white it was too hard to work with too thick to use for cake pops. And adding oil did not work.I barely made mini bears with the dark chocolate but that's all. 90% of this 4pack chocolate bundle was thrown away & I checked expiration it said it expired on July 2023.So it was not due to the chocolate being old. I usually buy premium melting chocolate & I have never had the chocolate lump like this bad. My experience was just horrible.I am so dissapointed.

Just okay.
The melts are thick and hard to work with. I had to add quite a bit of crisco to get the mixture thin enough, and I had to microwave it pretty often while working to keep it melted enough to work with. It gets thick and heavy rapidly. I used it for cake pops and cocoa bombs. The cocoa bombs I had to do about 3 layers of brown candy melt in the mold, and I drizzled white candy melt on top but it was very gloppy and clung to my fork, so it didn't turn out very pretty. I might try to use a piping bag for the drizzle next time but I don't expect it to go well, because by the time I put it in the bag it will be hard and thick again and I can't microwave the bag. But I will say for the cocoa bombs I didn't use crisco...for the cake pops I used a lot of crisco. For the price this is ok, but if you can afford good melting chocolate in a double boiler, definitely use that.

They weren’t the best or the worst
I Wanted to try these out to see how they were. They were. I would recommend that if your making a lot strawberries to make in batches. The melts seemed to cool down faster than real chocolate and would clump during reheating. So I didn’t use the whole bag while making them. It may be different for dry foods like cookies or pretzels but I didn’t try them yet. I’ve also heard they work better with this brands melt warmer. I did the double bowl method that I’m used to doing with real chocolate. The taste was fine and my strawberries did come out great I just couldn’t use the whole bag so it took a little longer and I had to clean and dry utensils after each batch. I used a 1/3 each time 1/2 probably would’ve work I just didn’t want to risk messing them up too much

Chocolates
I really did like the plain chocolate, a whole lot not the white chocolate so much. Melted these down to make my own edibles. The consistency was great and it was great tasting. Definitely can’t beat the quality for the money.

Melted nicely and had a good taste.
These melted very easily. They had a nice lightly sweet chocolate taste. The sweetness was not overwhelming at all which was perfect. These work very well for chocolate covered strawberries. When the chocolate hardens it has that nice crack to it when you bite into it. Worth buying. Will buy again.
