I have been searching for a matress for 3 months, been to every shop you van think of, so I decided to look on amazon, so where do you start, I had a list of 7 mattresses , all looked the same until you read about them, I went through all the reviews, got it down to 3, right pros and cons list.1, I needed a medium-firm with good support for every part of my body.2, it has to be soft to the touch and have individual pocket springs cooling foam etc.3, it has to be a good height as I need to gently sit straight onto the matress with out bending.In the end Nixnap came out on top. The price £236.99, I thought what a good price. I put in my basket before I changed my mind. So at checkout the price came up at £126.99 I thought blinking heck I must of put in a single, so went back and nope it was a double. Wow I thought it is over half price, so I bought it. It got me worried as why is it over half price off have I done the right thing etc anyway it arrived the following day, all rolled up in a box, I opened it and let it acclimatised, for 2 and half days. Well I shouldn't of worried it is fantastic, it is all I could ask for, I have a serious medical condition, and this will be the last matress I will ever buy and Wow I got it right. I would recommend this matress to everyone and my friend has just purchased one on my recommendation, 2 day ago the price was £120.99 ordered it yesterday and it had gone up to £137.99, i was gutted for her. Anyway it is arriving today, that is how much I recommend Nixnap, absolutely 5star, but please follow the instructions and leave the matress acclimatise for minimum of 30-40 hours, the longer you leave it the better.

I had been very ill and our old mattress was giving me even more back/shoulder/neck pain. I came out of hospital two days ago having left my husband to set up the mattress. Well the first night was really comfortable, just slight pain in my lower spine .last night I slept even better. It's always a worry getting the right mattress to suit you and your partner. My husband now realises how bad our old mattress had got ! This mattress adjusts to your body, it seems to regulate your temperature so my husband hasn't been tossing and turning when he gets too warm . My husband said it was easy to set up and he just slept in the spare bedroom while the mattress was settling in. So much cheaper than other mattresses but does the same as a more expensive one . The only problem we had was the delivery from DPD, I tracked it online and as most of our Amazon packages go to Carlisle and delivered the next to us in south west Scotland . This mattress went to Carlisle then went south to Birmingham and ended up in Kent ! I had an email apologising for the delay and if I hadn't received by the date I was shown ,to cancel and reorder. Fortunately mattress arrived 24 hours later just as I was going to Edinburgh for my operation. I chose this mattress as I have Rheumatoid arthritis and I need comfort and support in the right places. Pleased to say getting up in the morning is so much easier, even after two nights. I am going to change the mattress in our spare room now. Such a relief to find a mattress online without the hassle of shopping, trying out beds , and waiting for delivery which could be weeks. I desperately needed this mattress and highly recommend it. I gave 5 stars ,it wasn't the company's fault DPD messed-up AGAIN!

Absolutely love this mattress! From the moment I unpacked it, everything was simple and hassle-free. It expanded quickly and had no bad smell, which was a nice surprise. Very comfortable ,good strength around the edges

I was looking for a big comfortable mattress for a while and was hesitating which one suits my need of balanced firm and comfort. Honestly this one does meet my needs and go beyond that to an amazing comfort and quality. If you want to feel hotel luxurious mattresses then go with this one. The price is very reasonable for this quality

I was very surprised by the quality of this mattress. It was so easy to set up and weighed just right. It is very comfortable to sleep on with just the right amount of firmness and depth. I had a great night sleep on it and could definitely feel my body ache vanishing so perfect for pain relief. I will highly suggest it.

Great mattress. Love the memory foam on top of the spring element really helped with my bad back. Great depth and can be used on any type of bed I have mine on a divan base and it sits perfectly. Also very impressed at the way it was packaged as it made it easy to take up the stairs.
