After using this product for 40, the results for my TSH test dropped by .41 points.

Thyroid Support from Nutra Harmony looked promising based on the ingedients, the certifications and the pesentation of the product from the website. I was ok with the ingredients except the 10,000% B12, the Magnesium Stearate as a binder/filler and a slightly higher amount of Selenium than needed.When I took this supplement, I noticed stomach discomfort and upper GI problems, possibly due to the B12, and possible other ingredients, its hard to know. Also, taking it on an empty stomach 1 hour before breakfast as stated on the bottle didn't help either. Next time, I will be taking the supplement at a lower dosage, and closer to breakfast to see if I get the same reaction.Overall though, this product looks trustworthy, with appropriate certifications, a website, phone number and customer service email address for follow up. In my opinion this information is necessary for giving the product credibility. The value is good for the price, just lower the B12 in the next batch!
