Received on time...but most of the tablets in the bottle were broken..I would have understood if 1 or 2 were broken but most were broken. Not sure if it has to do with packing or other factors but definitely a big setback...

I was talking a few weeks backs with a friend about supplements and the topic of kidneys came up. I mentioned we take so much for heart, health, liver and cognitive function but just ignore our kidneys. And yet they are so important. Without them none of the fore mentioned work. And that's why I got these. I am not suffering from any kidney problems that I know of and would like to keep it that way. I believe in maintaining rather than fixing . Especially with my body .Now those who follow my reviews know that skin care and supplements are my deal. But Indian herbs are a whole other world. It is almost like a religion and some would say well of course ! I recognized only three of them (ingredients/herbs). My Indian friend knew only 4 so that made me feel better. So what's in these. These are all plant based. The seller states USDA organic and GMP certified. Out of the 11 (ingredients) at least 7 of them are known directly for dissolving kidney stones as well as preventing. All 11 of them actually in some way or form do that. I have heard from other the 'horror' of passing a kidney stone and I am real happy knowing if I have any or any in the making they are getting destroyed.Now my personal favorite ingredient in this is Arjuna. This one is new to me. But check this out :"Arjuna helps manage Kidney diseases such as Uremia by applying the aqueous bark extract of Arjuna. This protects the kidney from oxidative stress due to its strong antioxidant activity. It scavenges free radicals and reduces the risk of kidney cell damage." WOW ! Sign me up !So the way I see this, with so many beneficial ingredients for the kidney it's like full spectrum coverage. Since I do not have any known kidney probs I am taking 1 cap daily and will do that finishing a bottle 3 to 4 times a year. The caps are easy to swallow and look like tiny wafers. They do have that smell of Indian herbs I have noticed when I shop in an Indian market. So far I have not really noticed anything (good and hopefully that means all systems go) ! I also had no sides. So yes I highly recommend you give your kidneys some love they definitely deserve ! I hope you may have found this helpful .
