Q: As the title says "rust eater", what does this mean? Does it actually create a chemical reaction to dissolve rust? or is this just bs advertizing?

As all rust “eaters” go, I believe it breaks up the bond that rust creates so you can loosen what ever it is your working on. So far, this product works really well for me.

Q: Anyone ever use it on bicycle chain?

Free All is not recommended on bicycle chains as this penetrating oil is used to break down rust bonds. For a lubricating oil, please refer to our additional product - Lube-It All.

Q: Would this remove baked on grease from pans?

I can not give you 100% assurance that this will do exactly what you ask but I would make a wager that it would . Jay

Q: Does it remove rust from concrete?

Doubt this will work on concrete unless it's a very small patch. I used Muriatic Acid to clean my Dad's sidewalk that was completely rust stained from his well water lawn sprinkler system. You can get it a Lowe's, Home Depot, or most any local hardware store.
