Q: Hello is it Roland v1sdi?

The picture is of a Roland V1HD, which is very similar in appearance. to the V1SDI, but this is NOT a photo of a V1SDI.

Q: Does this item support true native 1080p, or does it only upscale from something lower?

i do have the device, but i have not yet used it...how do i tell?

This mixer has an external power adapter. The adapter says 100-240VAC, 50/60 Hz. The adapter output is 12VDC, 4.0A. The cord for the adapter that came with mine (in the USA) is a North American type - a 2 prong ungrounded plug. The cord plugs into the adapter. I suspect other markets get the plug for that market, but you could easily change the plug, use a plug adapter, or buy a different cord.
