Perfect fit for small hands, many buttons, good price (depending on your location....)
The media could not be loaded. This is my 2nd Elecom Dux mouse, the other one has fewer buttons( M-DUX 30BK). (And I have a HUGE trackball too from Elecom).First of all I am very satisfyed with all the 3 mouses, build quality, ergonomic, functions, driver software, price and overall quality(user experience).I chose this one because I have small hands (from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger 17cm long x 8cm wide), the previous was a perfect fit, rich of customizable buttons, and it was easy to got use to the button layout. (Buttons are easy to reach, clicking is soft on the side buttons, solid feeling on the main buttons, not loud, not silent, average).I wanted a backup mouse in case the previous stops working and since it was(is) a perfect fit and looks like it will be soon out of stock, I decided to get the same shape and size with more buttons as long as it is available. When I bought the previous with less buttons 2 years ago, I wanted this model, but I did not believe this many buttons on the side, on a small place was something I could use. So I chose the safe option. I have not regretted it since then, it has been my favorite mouse, but it was time to upgrade and get a backup piece.I do lot of CAD engineering and 3D visualization, that is my job, so the many buttons under my fingers make the work easier. MUCH MORE convenient and easier. Side button area looks crowded at first glance but Elecom did a great job. You can easily feel all the buttons, easily click them separatedly. (At least with this small hand size! )This is a light weight mouse, you wrist/forearm will not suffer. It slides on the mouse pad like on ice.Only downside may be the wire wich is a bit stiffer than the average, but man......nothing is perfect.Driver software is intuitive, easy to use.I have tried other brands, like Roccat, Logitech, Sharkoon and some no name brands, but for my palm size and CAD work this design is the winner. Most of the competitors are too big or too expensive, or does not have enough buttons....etc.I recommend to check other Elecom products too, because they have interesting designs with handy functions and if you have small hands they probably have something for you.And I do not know to who I should say thank you for the lightning fast delivery time. I got it 10 days earlier than predicted :-)

Fits like a glove
I love this mouse. It fits so well into your hands and has good software, I have a g pro wireless and that laser is better but doesn't fit inside your hand like this one does. Great feel.

Highly Recomended for CAD and profesionals who NEED a mouse. Pros + Cons List
Neutral:SmallWiredPros:Light weight (about half that of a logitech g900)Has onboard button-map memory with 5 profilesRight + Left click have deep travle with a soft press and firm clickCons:Needed to add sand paper (800 grit) to pinky side to allow easy grip, otherwise pinky tires easilybuttons on the side take getting used to. Can be griped with ring finger, but its unintuitive.Overall:I use blender for engineering and programing. This mouse is mostly used to compliment a trackball mouse for this style of CAD based engineering. Its scroll wheel is robust and the buttons seem strong. The mouse is quality built. Highly recommended for professionals who want a number pad on one of their mice.

No Mac Support
If you are aware that Elecom mice has Mac support for all the special buttons, know this particular mouse is an exception. I had to return it. For ergonomic support, it was too small anyway (and I have average hands).

This mouse is smaller than I though. other than that this is perfect for me so far
I've been researching a gaming mouse with at least 13+ programmable keys. I tried about 10 more mousses, included 16 keys MMO mouse and others but none of them I liked. Most of the MMO mouse has TOO MANY keys located around my thumb which makes me struggle to find every time.I know I need some time to used to but I don't really need 16 keys anyway, and it seems take longer. After couple months of try out and researching I finally found this one and I'm pretty happy with it so far.Software driver is easy, very intuitive and the responses are surprisingly fast. My previous one, ROCCAT TYON driver was just a nightmare. It has macro function and I can set auto-fire at any key. everything was working good. It has 'snapping assist' function as well.btw there were some TYPO at the driver but that isn't a big issue. One thing that you guys have to know is,,, this is pretty small mouse.I was little suppressed when I unboxing this. It's much smaller than I expected. After couple days I realized I don't really have issues with leach out those 8+1 keys at the thumb area because this mouse is... small.Well.. it's a bit awkward and takes some time to used to it,, I'm ok with this size but ppl have a big hand or prefer a big one need to consider the size of the mouse.5 stars no problem for me.

It's awesome
It's almost exactly what I wanted, I kind of wish it was a tad bit larger but it does the job. I didnt like that their global website wouldn't let me download the software but the Japanese site to get it is shown on the box. Praise be to almighty Google translate for web pages it translate.

Side buttons are spikes
The side buttons are horrible. They are like spikes coming out of the side of the mouse and they are really annoying to press and way to close together. The software was also a pain to get and the macros don't work properly. The grip feels horrible too. Press the big back side button (the only one that is not spikey) is really hard to do. 2nd star is because the lightweight feel is nice but everything else about this thing sucks.
