Two stiff
Return them I thought it was the pillows I had before, but it wasn’t. I tried to match them up the one I had in the hotel but these were.

Don't recommend. Flat, flat, flat!
I have ways loved the pillows when I stay at Marriott hotels. I had considered buying on of the pillows many years ago, but the price tag gave me pause. Lately I've been dealing with a lot of neck pain and decided to go ahead and buy the pillow. This is nothing.... I mean nothing... like the pillows in the hotels. This is very flat and offers none of the support of the ones in the hotel. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I rarely leave a bad review about things, but I can not recommend this for other people. It's not at all worth the cost.

Super SOFT, Wonderful pillow excellent delivery (in a classy bag, if this is a gift)
I love this pillow because I love an extremely soft pillow. I do not sense the structure on the interior they speak about. It is crushable, and you can shape it. It is exactly what I wanted, very soft, can be made into a position you want. It comes wrapped in a lovely black reusable bag. I find the ad photo deceptive, it is ONE pillow so why show two?

Not Marriott
There was no "Marriott" emblem on this item or on the packaging. The Standard size is way too puffy and large to be the "Marriott" pillow. It was not supportive enough for side sleeping - even when I fixed a pillowcase snugly around it.I missed the return deadline, so sadly, I am out $85 - and still need a pillow.

No label
The first thing I looked for - after opening the pillow - was the label. There was none. From what I've read online, manufacturers are required by law to sew a label on pillows and bedding. The pillow at the Marriott had a label but I forgot to take a picture. Either way, this was not the plush and luxurious pillow I slept on at the Marriott. I'll have to buy on my next visit and return this pillow.

Good pillows
Stayed at a Holiday Inn hotel last week...took a picture of the tag. These are the only pillows sold i could find with that exact filler setup. Bought 4 so I could have 2 on each side of the bed...just like the hotel setup...that provides the support ppl are complaining about lacking, the comfort level is perfect for my neck and head by stacking them...my packaging actually had Marriott labels on them and the pillows actually had tags with the exact description that was on the Holiday Inn I slept on...very happy with my new pillows, with the small exception of the crunchy noises the pillows make, but it probably just needs to be broken in.

No filling
This pillow has no filling in it. I don’t even like a super plush pillow but this is horrendous. I had to return it. Even if you like less filled pillows, this one is poor quality and looked like it was coming apart. Do not recommend
