Great. Should have gotten 1 for each compressor.

Seems to work well enough
Works ok, but it does seem to function a bit better if you can get the purge to point downward when it’s screwed in. Overall seems like a good purchase so far.

Solid value, works great
I've got this mounted to my pancake compressor. The valve is easy to clear and it gives me peace of mind that moisture stays out of my tools. I really like Neiko's quality and was happy to pay double for a metal housing like this versus the plastic harbor freight body that I had been using. It's more durable and a lot smaller so it's less in the way on a portable unit. Unlike the HF model though, this doesn't seem to be serviceable, you can't dry the media out and reuse it, as far as I can tell.

Nice and well made
Of course do not over tighten, like all things it can be broken, but I like these over the plastic ones.

Does what it is supposed to do.
My wall mount water/oil filter was working well for normal use withthe 30 gal comperessor but didn't get everything out. I added this inline filter to my soda blaster to ensure that the material wouldn't clump up and clog the nozzle. So far I am very satisfied with this product and would consider adding it to my other air tools to prevent moisture build up on the internal components.

Don't. Just don't.
I saw some red flags initially, but I gambled, and I paid the price. Poorly made, no obvious quality control, it leaked, and finally, fell apart. I tried to fix the leak by tightening to a point that I think Thor would have trouble unscrewing, it still leaked. After I had it loosened, I guess I used too much torque when tightening it initially and it just crumbled before my eyes. Ok fine, I over tightened and it didn't like it. But I further inspected my newly destroyed seperator to find bunch of crystalized, hardened gunk which I'm guessing was some kind of adhesive? That obviously failed. And the top of the filter is just a friction fit with a rubber fitting. There's not one secured piece in the whole filter! No welds, no proper glue, no sealant, no "snap in place" parts, nothing. You can just tell right from the packaging that this thing was really poorly built. You know that cheap thin plastic that's held together with two baby staples? Anyway, you see the average rating and the below average reviews, just don't buy it. You're saving yourself a big hassle.I don't fully distrust Neiko as a company, but after this filter, they definitely took a step down in my book. Be selective on what you cheap out on!

The Jury is still out....
Got this a while back and finally got around to putting it on. I cut the 1/4" supply line a foot or so from the Compressor QR and hooked it up with hose barbs. Afterwards I turned on the air and it was leaking all over. I then took it apart and reviewed the construction to see just how deceptive this thing is. It looks nice and sturdy from the outside, compared to the clear acrylic one but really it's a chunk of steel tubing that slides over a flimsy o-ring on each end. Fortunately the ends are sturdy metal material but when under pressure the friction fit just isn't enough. I had a clear acrylic version laying around, so I put that in and got it to seal up even at 150 though it's rated for 90. I globbed on a small bit of o-ring grease, reassembled and tightened up real good, then put it back in the tool drawer. I guess I'll give it another try after the acrylic one fails.
