I ordered an OZiva Nutritional Meal Men (Chocolate 1kg) last year and the product quality was great back then. The powder was finely grained and it dissolved well with water/milk. This time I ordered a 500gm pack and seems like the product quality of the protein powder has gone down. It feels like boric powder and doesn't dissolve in water/milk, even after stirring for half an hour. I tried using a mixer grinder but still, the powder refuses to dissolve in the milk. Even the taste is pathetic. Disappointed this time around.

Flavour is good.Presentation I will give zero rating because packaging is worst and lid is not tight it so possibility of moisture can enter into powder.Not value for money
