Good pump on 2 scoops. Took it with 200mg of caffeine because im a stim freak!As good a pre workout as iv tried thats available on the market today.Only gave it 3 stars because the watermelon tastes like weed and I used to use jacked3d!Which has been a shadow of its self since the dmaa has been banned.Taste for me is a bonus. I would drink dirty toilet water if it would give me a edge.
