Great for replacing hand pump in camper
I bought this pump to replace the crappy hand-pump for the sink in my slide in truck camper. It works great! Even though I had to use over 15ft of tubing to connect the water tank to the pump and then to the faucet, the water pressure is exactly what I was looking for (it dribbles if you’re not pumping hard, and my goal is to conserve water). The pump is small, out of the way, and super easy to install. Now I don’t have to awkwardly wash my hands one at a time!

Works great!
I just built out my van and opted to use a foot pump for my sink. Into my 2nd month and it works great!

Quality pump, great for conserving water
I purchased the Whale Babyfoot Pump to use with a DIY camping sink setup. The USB water pumps are less expensive, but I was concerned about wasting water and running out of charge. If I run out of human powered charge with this foot pump, I'll have bigger issues to worry about than my sink. The foot pump really conserves water giving you exactly what you need. This pump costs more than others, but you get what you pay for. I wanted a quality pump from a reputable manufacturer. My intended use is camping, but it will be nice to have it in my vehicle for a portable hand washing station. I haven't taken the setup on the road yet, but I have been testing it for leaks. The only trouble I had was a leak where the external tube connects onto the barb. I originally used one pipe clamp, so I added an additional pipe clamp with the opposite orientation. After that, I've been leak free for days now. Love the setup, love the pump, overall it's a good purchase.

Perfect for Vans or Small Campers
We use our whale foot every day in our camper as our primary sink device (connected to a freshwater and a gray 7gal tank). It works like an absolute charm and we love it. The construction is great. I took one star off because it developed a very small split in the surface of the rubber after months of continuous use and we had to repair. However, their US-baswd customer service was excellent and they sent us a Service Kit for free right away. All fixed and working perfectly again. I'd recommend this to anyone building out their own campervan or small RV, and would advise keeping a service kit in the rig with you. Easy to do and simple to repair.

Dont buy the fakes
PO installed the blue off brand knockoff also on this site, it eventually sprung a slow leak and as it's part of my below waterline seawater circuit it had to go, this one is way better and worth it

Small but powerful!
To those who are complaining about it leaking, you must not be installing it correctly. As with any opening that has water flowing through it, you have to use the thread sealant tape liberally and ensure you tighten the straps tight enough to secure the tubes but not to over tighten it to the point where you'll break the plastic. Great suction power with a thick rubber material. Happy with my purchase! I use it in my van build and I like that I can control the amount of water I use instead of using a 12v water pump that continuously draws water.
