Great value
I tried 2 bottles of these to relieve a severe case of plantar fasciitus but unfortunately I didn't feel any difference. Easy to swallow pills and no after taste so I still rate it as good quality

Acid A Cal took my heel spur away. Up date.
Up-date. From 4 yrs ago. After 4 yrs, my heels spur has Not returned, since using Acid-A.Cal.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I do not know why this worked for my Heel Spur but it did! That said, a wise older women where I live at, was telling anyone with heel spurs to buy a shakley vitamin. Which I did. It took a long timefor my painful heel spur to go away. I kept using it, but then Shakley (not sure of the spelling!) changed formula's and the heel spur was back.I went to the foot Dr., he took a Xray, told me to go for Physical Therapy. I did , but to no avail. Still allot of pain. It was even gettinghard to walk. The Dr. then gave me shot of Cordisone (sp?)The nurse came in to hold myleg down, then I knew I was in trouble!!! Probably the most painfully shot, or anything I have ever had.Since the other vitamin worked, I searched the internet for months and finally took a chance with Acid A Cal, from whatanother reviewer said about it.I only had to take Acid A. Cal for a couple of months, and I have been heel spur - pain free, for over two year, andI stopped taking it after the pain went away.I do not wear any type of special shoes, or intersoles.I do NOT have a weight problem, that can also cause heel spurs. When I was a teenager, I was in a car accident, that caused me to have a bone spur in my throat when I got older. The Acid A Cal dissolved that alsowhen I took it for my heel spur!

Acid-A-Cal is an EXCELLENT pain reliever.
It has been used for heel pain and gout pain. I have two son-in-laws that work for a delivery company and we’re in a lot of pain I told them I had used Acid-A-Cal for the same heel pain they were experiencing back in 2012. They bought it took it and were amazed at how quickly it took the pain away. I got the heel pain back again in 2020 I bought it again used it as directed and my pain went away. This time it went away quicker and has not returned. My husband had gout pain on his left foot I encouraged him to take Acid-A-Cal and he did and he couldn’t believe how it took the pain away. I have told family and friends about it and now some of them are using it and finding great pain relief . Best of all it isn’t expensive. Depending on your problem it may take up to two plus bottles of Acid-A-Cal it didn’t take me to many bottles because I am not and have never been a smoker and neither were my son-in-laws. “I truly believe if your not a smoker it works faster”.

Like this and would still be taking it but...
I got this because I was having some heel pain that I thought might be a heel spur and I had read some reviews that it helped decrease heel spur pain by dissolving the spur. I took it for a while, and it did seem that my heel pain was easing. But then my doctor put me on Metformin temporarily while he is trying to help regulate my thyroid and all the food cravings/blood sugar issues that came about after a thyroid surgery. This made me research metformin side effects and I read that there can be a deadly side effect, though rare, with metformin, that causes the blood to become overly acidic and it can kill you. I think it's called lactic acidosis. So when I read that this particular supplement increases acidity, I became paranoid. In all likelihood, it wouldn't do one thing to hurt me. The front of the bottle says that it's an acidifying blend for healthy pH balance. But while I'm on this other drug, I decided to set it aside. Better safe than sorry. So I wasn't really on it enough to say that it completely got rid of my heel spur. But while I was on it, it did seem to be diminishing it because I felt some relief from the pain of it. The verdict still out and maybe when I'm off of the other drug, I will try it again.

I take these when I get bone spurs in my hands. It may take a little time but they work great for me.

Best thing to help with my heel spur/plantar fasciaitis.
I had been suffering from heel pain for about 2 months. Doctor said it was plantar fasciatis and had me taking ibuprofen and stretching. It just wasn't working. I think I had a heal spur because I could pinpoint the pain. So, I started taking the Acid-A-Cal pills as directed on the bottle. That was about two months ago. Although I am not 100% healed, I can now walk and run on my foot. I just finished my second bottle and I truely believe the Acid-A-Cal pills are what has helped my foot to heal. I just bought another bottle to hopefully get my to the 100% healed. One other thing I did was to cut a quarter-sized hole in a cheap Dr. Sholl's insert right where the pain was in my heel. The hole took all the pressure off of that spot of pain where I think the heel spur was. It worked better than the pair of insoles I got from the doctor.

Really works for bone spurs!
Wow! I can't believe what a difference two weeks in this stuff makes! I have plantar fasciitis and a *suspected* (not medically-diagnosed) bone spur in one of my feet. I have had PF symptoms before, but never like this. I have been in pain and unable to walk normally for months. I ordered this just hoping it might help and it, in fact, has helped. Tremendously so! I agree that it is good to get rid of what's causing the bone spur in the first place, but sometimes you just need to have some pain relief. I think whether it works for you or not depends on what's really going on with your foot. This pretty much confirms my suspicion that it is a bone spur for me. I am very impressed and 60% better in just two weeks. I will update if it relieves my pain completely.
