I wish I'd known about these sooner. They are really comfortable once you get used to them and work really well, even if you already have blisters. And MUCH cheaper than buying plasters. Easy to clean - just run them under the tap and use a bit of washing up liquid if you want. They have worn well. Sometimes they slide down my feet a bit but that's more down to the shoes than the product. Fantastic in my walking boots.

I bought these as I have mild plantar fasciitis and wanted cushioning in day-to day activities until it heels a bit. The items are good - a little squidgy when you wear them, but you get used to it. Definitely helped with the heel pain, although I could have done with them lasting a month. They are quite soft and begin to wear after a while (breaking up under the heel and I got a split down the bit at the front of the ankle after 2 weeks). They worked great while they lasted, but they wont last forever.

I am constantly on my feet for my job, and was experiencing bad blisters due to new work boots. These protectors were great at protecting my heels and allowing the blisters to heal. They're easy to use, comfortable and offer good protection.The only downside, however, is that they did not last long: within 10 days of use both had snapped.

I got new docs for Christmas. Wore them once walking up town, heels were a bit sore but the skin hadn’t broken or blistered thankfully.Wasn’t taking any chances again on them again because I know from previously breaking in docs, they are a F-ING nightmare if they cut you at all because once the skin breaks they’re excruciating!I’ve worn these the last 2 days, yesterday just for a 15 minute walk and today walking to a friends house for New Years Dinner, an hours walk there and back and my ankles/heels are perfect! No soreness, no blisters, nothing!Honestly, an absolute game changer if you’re a fan of docs!I’ve another pair of docs that I could just never seem to break in, heels were cut to bits! Thankfully I didn’t dump them because these things now that I have them will hopefully result in me being able to wear them!

Great product, stopped boots rubbing on my heel making them wearable again.I am a UK Size 4 and fits perfectly.

I wore these gel heels for 3 short walks and they felt great, sadly they split on the sole and heel, what a pity as they seemed to help my blister issues
