Pros- Well built- Excellent high quality materials- Fairly smart designCons- Heavy (due to the material, seems overkill)- Overly stiff (hard to put stuff away without opening the zips completely, again due to the material)- Could have more ventilation channels for the back- Straps could be more comfortable (they aren't uncomfortable but they are not great)I am a medical student and I carry the following items daily in the bag.- Kindle Oasis- iPad Mini- A4 notepad- A5 notepad- 3 pens (in the pen holders)- 13 inch laptop- Umbrella in the water bottle compartment- 1L water bottle- Shopping bag for groceries- External charger (sometimes)There's still plenty of room left for other bits and bobs but I try to keep it light.

Can't really fault this one. I needed a comfortable and hopefully durable laptop bag that can deal with the daily rigours of the underground. Fits the bill and so far scores well on the durability after a month of use.If you are looking for duffle type storage this is not the one.

Definitely met my expectations. And I had very high expectations.

Lo zaino è perfetto, robusto, pieno di tasche e con uno scompartimento per gli occhiali che non necessita di inserirli con una custodia. Unico neo è la poca elasticità delle tasche, risultano strette e non sempre è facile estrarre i prodotti in esse riposti. I use a backpack daily for work, gym and commuting in NYC. And tend to beat the crap out of them! Have always bought Lululemon but they changed some of the features of my favorite pack and started using lower quality zippers and materials. I shopped around exhaustively in stores and online for a replacement and looked at hundreds of choices. What I like about this pack is the high quality of the materials. It's more like premium luggage - and sturdy so it keeps its shape and can sit on a table or bench without falling over. While a bit more compact than others I looked at, it holds just as much and has some great features like the EMF protected zipper area and a spot for an external cellphone battery with clever hole for cord. The laptop area is great and would hold more than one the way its designed. Awesome if you carry both laptop and ipad. The sunglasses area is also genius as there are spaces for 2 pairs and a small zipper compartment for things like lip balm or glasses cleaner wipes. I'm impressed with the high quality and will purchase this brand when I next need to replace my other luggage or get a backpack for my son. I get lots of compliments on this stylish/clean-looking pack, too! It's an overall excellent design and promises to hold up well for a very, very long time.

I was on the fence between the 20L and the much larger looking 30L model. I decided to go with the 20L since a previous product question answered that a 15.6" PC would be a tight fit, but doable, and I am happy to see that my 15.6" laptop (slim HP Zbook) fits quite comfortably in the laptop pouch (just not in the laptop sleeve that is in the dedicated laptop pouch). the laptop edges are a little close to the zipper in the vertical direction, but otherwise it works great! I occasionally travel with both my bigger work computer and my personal 13.1" PC and after a quick check they both fit snugly together in the laptop pouch.Otherwise everything about the backpack is exceptional and as expected: clean, sleek, and professional look paired with and a durable material that holds its shape well in any packing scenario. I'm excited to use it for my daily commutes and trips.
