Amazingly helpful book
I love Diane Poole Heller's work. Interviews with her are so informative and positive. This book is very brief, but it has really useful somatic exercises in to help with healing some attachment wounds. I highly recommend it, especially for people worth disorganised attachment, for whom there isn't much help available in book form.

One of the must read books about attachment and relationships styles
Very informative, well written, easy to follow and with a touch of irony to lighten up the reading which is a plus and very welcome

Excellent
This is the first book I have bought on attachment and it's been a great choice! Not even half way through and I feel so much more positive already. It's a book I know I will use again and again. Everything is explained clearly with so much compassion. There are exercises to do aswell. One has really stood out for me that I found helpful straight away (I know I'll do it again) I would highly recommend this book.

Wonderful book!
What a wonderful book! I am not even half way through it yet but I realise that this will be a very important book for me personally and for my work with self-compassion. Highly recommended

Best book on attachment
I have read a few, this stands out from every other book I've read on attachment. Why? She starts by showing you what secure attachment looks like, and how to obtain it for yourself.Using her work alongside IFS "parts" I have managed to move from Disorganised-Anxious Attachment (33% Disorganised, 45% Anxious, 10% Avoident and 12% Secure) to Secure Attachment (12% Anxious and 88% Secure) in my relationships. This book was key to creating this shift, it was the roadmap I needed to heal myself from the Trauma of my past.
