This is the same as US distributed Whip It. The only problem is that the instructions are in German. Great product - keeps whipped cream firm and fresh for days without drying out or weeping.

Although the directions are in German, I have used this product before and can no longer find it locally. good price, expiration date is far enough in the future for me to go through 4 packs.

I use this stabilizer every time I use whipped cream to make stiff peaks it stabilizes it and keeps the whip cream firm for a long time hours and it keeps its consistency it’s especially good for whip cream frosting. I never noticed any taste at all maybe it’s because I put vanilla and sugar in my whip cream. Are usually use one packet per cup of heavy whipping cream. Directions are not an English but if you go to the grocery store and find some in English read them and then you’ll know what to do. I just pour the packet in the liquid cream and start whipping . It’s well worth it.

Tried it for the first time. Will use it again. Did a nice job stabilizing whipped icing for cakes.

Great for heavy cream

There is nothing I dislike. This has been a family favorite for many years.
