Get the size larger if necessary
A bit small for my 38' long and 12 to 16' wide Marilyn Monroe pool, but with trimmings was able to cover. Used waterproof tape to tape it together. Later, made the mistake of cutting into quarters to make it easier to take off and on without a reel. Year later, taped it all back together, but it was never the same. Bought a 20x40' this year and it fits better with no taping, and I will NOT cut into quarters. It needs to remain whole in order to adhere to the water. The pieces blew off too easily. Still not convinced to buy a reel before I try folding ends toward middle and fan-folding off the side. Reels have their own problems unless you get an expensive model.The look is good, it keeps stuff out of the pool (although it's not always easy to get the cover out without dumping the stuff), will probably last three years of so in the Arizona sun, and it helps greatly with retaining and heating water.

cut to fit, no cutting, ready to use right out of box, great warranty coverage, make sure you fill out the card and return it , I bought the solar blanket cover to protect during day hours, hoping to get a few years out of this , Keep your invoices for warranty retention , looks great fit my new reel perfect,

Works as advertized, perfect for 16x32 pools.
Was not as heavy as I expected and works great. Opened the pool this weekend and overnight with rain it only lost 2 degrees! Without the cover I would lose 5-7 easy here in MI. I will note that the cover was not cut square. I would suggest cutting it to square before laying it in the pool and making your final cuts. Pool is 16X32 and I had about 8 inches I needed to cut from the perimeter.

Preformed as described
This cover did actually as described. even though I ordered the wrong size, and did not completely cover the pool. It was put on Friday evening by Saturday evening the water had risen 10 degrees. Was easy to put over the water but does require two people.

Durable and easy to manage
Purchased for in ground pool, works great, durable and easy to roll up and store, 1 person can manage this.

Customer service is utterly pathetic
Worst customer service I have ever had. Purchased and had for 4 days, bubbles are falling off in pool and they had the gull to tell me nothing but seam is covered even after supplying pictures they demanded. Mark and Angel need to go back to customer service school , and this company needs to be shut down. Even after an A-z claim they never followed through with Amazon order email demanding a refund. It finally came from Amazon which I will thank for standing behind the customer. In The Swim is border line fraudulent with the warranty. Don't buy from Leslie either its their parent company. Run like their the plague.

I bought this on sale and had some questions of their customer service department. They gave me great customer service. I highly recommend this vendor and this product.
