No, they do not. No additional assistance from the company for the proper driver/s or anything. Not when bought through Amazon at least.

Hello, once the bluetooth is connected, you need to download the app EasyMSR to your iPhone. Using the app to work with the machine. At the bottom of the APP, there is a Connect button. Click it to get connected. You might need a code to pair. The default code is 0000, four zeros. Thanks.

Hello, you have to download the software when you use it with computer. check the below link to download the software: http://www.tnaive.com/download.html When the software is download completed pls plug the USB dongle and it will connected automatically.
