Yes. I filled mine full with 4 comforters and 3 blankets and 2 sets of sheets and it ended up being packed down. Maybe around 2 ft Max after I used the vacuum. U can sit on it too but because they are so large and they hold more they don’t go down to the 4 in bags payout usually see
