Q: Does this heat gun have a cooling mode so the fan runs without the heating element, in order to cool itself down?

Hi whilst it doesn't have a specific mode the fan does run after for a while which helps cool it down. The product doesn't over heat unlike cheaper models.

Q: Dose this include tstak case

No DCE530N N - means NAKED ( no battery, no charger, no plastic box) Manufacturer's (DeWalt) set for those who already have a battery and charger.

Q: Does anyone know the diameter of the built in nozzle/hot air output of this heat gun? Many thanks.

Then nozzle size is roughly the size of a british 10 pence coin.

Q: would this unit be capable of soldering yp fittings 15mm to 22mm in size
