Please mark as helpful if I answer your question. Most NAS enclosures have caddies for 3.5" drives but this is a laptop size 2.5" drive. Also check the technical details of your NAS enclosure to see if compatible. I wouldn't personally and only would use a RAID array of brand new mechanical hard drives in a NAS. I do sometimes use SSDs in servers with 2.5" enclosures without a problem even if server firmware does not support them.
