Q: I can use in a kitchen range hood for exhaust & also i wanna know i need 35 ft long if i bought two of them i can use as female.

You should always use rigid ducting for kitchen range hoods.

Q: Is it easy to cut to length?

It is easy to cut. Like an extended "Slinky", the rib is easy to get to, and the material stretched over the slinky can be cut with a scissor. I used itto extend a air conditioner vent. I can invision many uses for this tube.

Q: Aren’t you not supposed to use PVC in grow tent due to toxic offgasing?

Pvc is safe to use. Don't set it on fire, then it will toxically off gas

Will this hold up to frequently being collected, piled up, and then stretched out again? We have to run tem vent hoses each time we use our lasers

I purchased this ducting for my air conditioner unit as the weather in the uk is getting a little bit warm. Fitting to the back of my ac unit with the clip provided and fitted the other end to my window exhaust hole job done. Good quality item just what I needed.
