Just got my bread for Christmas. Want to make a french toast bake. Do i need to freeze the bread til next qeek

there should be a best by on the loaf bag, go by that. If you do freeze it, you will need about four hours before slicing. If there is no date, then you had better freeze it, but make sure nothing with any weight is placed on the loaves before they are completely frozen.
