The life of the batteries for older doors
For my garage door. It does its job but I have to replace them every 6months or so, but I would think that’s a sign of how old the doors are!

great came quickly done the job

Three nil charge.
I use Amazon rechargeable batteries most of the time with no problems. However I have an electric garage door which has a safety strip which is powered by two AA batteries. The maker advices this make and type of battery when fitting new ones so I thought I would purchase some. Before fitting them I thought I would check them with my battery tester. To my surprise three of the four showed almost zero charge. The forth showed fully charge. Not trusting the meter I checked it several times with other batteries and the results were always the same. Needless to say I have returned them to Amazon.
