Thanks for your query. The ghee has an expiry of one year from Manufacturing and we manufacture it in small batches frequently.

Can you mention how do you prepare this ghee ?

We used a standarised ghee making process which is used by most of organised milk plants. The milk from our farm Murrah buffalos is churned into butter and finally heated for elongated hours to make ghee which is rich in texture and danedar quality. It is then kept to settle at 16C for the dana to settle. The quality of ghee depends on the raw material used. Our Murrah buffalos feed on organic fodder grown at our farm and hence their milk has a naturally sweet texture. This ghee is pure white in colour just like their milk. This ghee made from Buffalo curd or milk cream ?

The ghee is made using 100% original Murrah buffalo milk. The cream is churned out from the milk and then it undergoes a process to produce ghee. These buffalos are reared at our farm and fed on high quality fodder grown over hundreds of acres of our land. Hence, the milk is anything but of highest quality.
