Do you store in refrigerator after opening?

It says to store in refrigerator to extend life.. I have gone through it fairly fast and have not kept refrigerated-haven't had any issues

Does Material of lid cause oxidation of oil? I was told it should be plastic, wood, or ceramic.

I’m not sure about this,however,I can tell you that I’m extremely satisfied with an amazing quality of this oil.It tastes absolutely delicious in the salads.My family and friends love it as well :)

How much is recommended to take per day for heartburn & for how long?

I take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day
