Great collar. It doesn't irritate our cat's neck and she adjusted to wearing it no problem. She's strictly indoors so we haven't had much chance of seeing the breakaway feature in action, but when I tested it, it seemed fine.The dark pink looks lovey on our void kitty, and I really like the reflector material on it as well. We have one of those slide-on ID tags that don't dangle, and it slid onto this collar no problem.

I got this for two kittens I rescued, and it’s been great so far. The collars are lightweight and don’t fall off easily.I like the reflective design. It comes with a bell but I took it off. These collars are good quality and I like the cute designs!

It’s a really cute collar and I wanted it to know where my kitten was at all times, but the bell hang a little too low for her and would be a huge distraction. She would constantly start to bite and/or scratch it or herself and I didn’t think it would be good for her to continue wearing. Wearing it made her spaz out a lot more, but that’s at no fault of the actual product or seller. Loved it on her but had to return for her sanity.If the bell didn’t hang as low I might have kept it but the dangling made her want to attack herself. She’s just a baby so it has a lot to do with her size as well.Can’t speak on the longevity but for the brief time I had her wear it, I was able to know where she was going and when she was coming! Bell was loud enough for me to hear from another room so she probably hated it being so close to her ear lol. Price was great and was a major factor for the purchase. Didn’t realize her neck was so tiny but I was able to get it on with just enough room to be able to take off. It was a bit more difficult than I expected though as I really had to tug on either end, which really shook her (literally) when taking off. Otherwise I would say it is a good product!

LOVE this collar, and love the excellent customer service from this company.Tag is easy to read with my cat's name and my phone number. Had the first one for well over a month and writing is still easy to read - hasn't rubbed off like others are afraid it will.Breaks away easy enough if cat was caught on something, but not so easy that he takes it off himself like the 2 (from other companies) before this that are inexplicably lost forever.Collar is super easy to clean - necessary with an outdoor cat! I just take a wet cloth with a little laundry detergent on it and give it a quick wipe. Just a couple minutes' work and it's like new.The reflective part is HIGHLY reflective, and even though it's starting to rub off a tiny bit (about the size of a pencil tip in just a couple spots), it still does it's job perfectly.I personally didn't like the bell, it's just a little too big for a tiny kitten, so I switched it with one from a different collar.The tag was positioned in a way that I couldn't adjust the collar small enough for a 4 month old kitten, but it was incredibly easy to take the tag off, adjust the collar, then put the tag back on in a better spot. However, I'm not worried about the tag falling off on its own.Collar came much faster than promised - nearly a month early. Personalization takes time, but I'm sure the un-personalized ones ship even faster.I had made a mistake on the first collar - MY MISTAKE, not theirs. When I came back here to just order a new one, they weren't offering a personalized option anymore. Super bummer.So I sent the company a message through Amazon asking how to go about ordering another with the correct info on it. They replied right away, and sent me a new, correct collar at their expense. I offered, but they wouldn't let me pay for my own mistake!Second order came quickly as well.I certainly won't hesitate to order from them again, based on their customer service alone.The fact that the product is extremely well made and shows no sign of wear and tear - no loose threads, not even a speck of dirt - doesn't hurt either!When I need another collar (even if they still don't have name options), I'll definitely be coming to these guys.

I really had high hopes for this purchase because this is "Amazon's choice" for cat collars in this category. The construction and material is excellent. The price is almost free, to be honest. Two collars for the price of one. I'm not complaining about that. The only observation is the reflective material is not woven into the collar and is just printing or silk-screened on makes the reflective material not very durable and comes off after the first week or two of wearing the collar. The durability, construction, and reflective quality is very good! The reflective material itself falls short of expectations. Overall I would give four out of five stars but I think the product would be significantly improved by weaving the reflective material into the collar instead of "pasting it on". I would certainly purchase again if this change was made. Until then, I'll just vacuum the tiny pieces of reflective material scattered around my house.Another plus is that I have an extra collar for when the current one gets lost or damaged!I'd give 3.6 stars but that's not an option. Overall this is a good purchase. Ships quick, quality materials. If you don't mind the reflective stuff falling off over time it's a good deal. These reflective collars are very nice. The bell is good so we dont trip over our Cat !! Also, its a breakaway collar so they cannot get strangled if they get caught on something !
