Q: is this timken parts number lm67048 for the bearing and lm67010 for the race

When I ordered the bearing it came as a set: both bearing and race.

Q: Are these bearings for both sides or just one side?

Just one side. It comes with one bearing and one bearing race.

Q: Bought new bearings and rotors. Rotor came with race, can I use the race that is on the new rotor or should I pop it off and use the timken race?

I was taught to use the races that came with the bearings. That's how I've done it for decades. Do it by the book and don't worry about it, I say.

Q: Is the cage on this bearing metal or plastic?

Metal. Have never seen plastic cage on wheel bearing
