Great Series and Switch.
Installation is easy. You can completely ignore the setup and use it as a dumb switch, or use a phone application OR their website to quickly setup all the devices at once.I like how they setup the web management as you can control multiple networks on one account, so it is great for an IT company like ours with multiple client, or for a business with multiple locations. It's also still simple enough for single location small business. It allows you to manage their InstantOn switches and access points in the same portal. For companies that already have an SNMP management system (Auvik, Domotz, etc) the device can be unhooked from the web/phone app management and instead setup and controlled locally on it's own web interface and monitored through SNMP.The flexibility of the management options helped my company decide to select the Instant ON series from HP Aruba to be the standard switches and access points that we recommend to all of our customers. It's a great fit for micro business all the way up to corporate networks because of the option to use either the simplified web interface or the local management with SNMP.This supports all the features you typically need in a managed switch (VLAN, port aggregation, spanning tree, etc). There are power over ethernet versions of the switch as well as switches without so that you can pick the one you need for the right price point. The included photo is for the power over ethernet (POE) 8-port switch, the 24 and 48-port switches are the standard 19" rack width and come with mounting brackets.

Great SMB Switch!
Great Small Business Switch. Easy to manage with the App. Does take some time when initially plugged in cause it goes out to fetch the latest firmware.
