Cons: doesn't use enteric coated hpmc/drcaps, strain ID's missingPros: works for me, high cfu count, the only indian probiotic with a high diversity of bacteria (that doesn't need to be imported)No mention of enteric coating does make this probiotic sound sus but it did work for me, currently on the 3rd bottle, I usually take it once a week to add some strains for gut health. The recovery after antibiotics is really quick with this. Not declaring the strains is especially problematic for breve, infantis and gasseri.

Love how much this product has helped me with my bloating issue. Everytime i used to eat something, my stomach felt bloated for many hours. Since then i have felt more light weight and energetic as well.
