It’s heavy, looks and feels pretty solid, and full points on aesthetics. The wood is polished and looks rich. No rough or jagged edges. The glass looks impeccably clean. It comes with a tiny wooden spoon that fits inside since the glass is high. If you like pretty things in your kitchen, this is a must-have.

Waste of money
Chemical glue has been used to make the box and it has very strong smell. My masalas got the smell and taste, I had to throw them. Now I am using it as a show piece. Now I have got steel masala box.

The base is detaching by itself
The media could not be loaded. Love the concept of this spice box. Though i didn't recieve the spoon I wanted to keep the box. But the base is very weak and it's about to detach very soon.. also the glue work can be done more good. Even if i exchange i may end up with same situation sooner or later.. so returning the product
