Strong foil flan cases! Perfect!

It is an excellent size for cutting a deep pie into three portions. I find them useful when making a pastry base, topped with a sponge mixture. There is no need to prebake the pastry shell as the foil conducts the heat, so no soggy bottom. The lids are ideal for covering a pie for transporting or freezing. They can be washed and reused after use. They are great value for the money.

I must admit I haven't tried these yet as only received them yesterday. However, good size for two people, quite strong and so good to have a lid for each.

Good for baking

Excellent product- slightly deeper than my usual brand-but even better! Highly recommend and as easily washed and reused, they are definitely value for money!

Needed some foil flan style dishes as often make pastryless quiches especially when weather warmer.Have used Caterserve ones before and reason I usually use theirs is I find the foil trays of good quality. You can get cheaper versions but just not worth it as they either come squashed, due to being too flimsy, or they collapse under the strain.Get what you pay forRecommended!!
