Hi J.E.N., no problem at all. We tested it ourself by cooking the same dish with electric stove and induction cooktop and it turns out pretty much the same. I use bamboo and wood utensils.

Hi Divider line, thank you for your question. Please use oil that with high smoking point to season/ re-season your wok. Coconut oil is a good choice however it have a very distinctive flavour so make sure you are happy with it before you do so. In regards to extra virgin olive oil, it is never a good alternative for heated cooking as it generates lots of smoke and change its flavour under high heat.
