The length for the skirt is 23.6", for a person who is 5'8 height, the skirt hits to knees

I purchased the tutus for women to go under a similar 1950s style dress. It works very well under it

Q: How many layers is the tulle skirt, is the skirt really fluffy?

There are 6 layers tulle plus one layer of soft lining, so the skirt is really fluffy

Q: Whats the best way to get the layers to lay flat? Can it be steamed?

My daughter's is very full too. She has chosen to steam it. It is the best way to remove all the wrinkles. Or you can let it hang up for a few days and wrinkles fell out
